Fw: Wild In The Streets
Hello,
My name is Stacie Havemeier and I am contacting you on behalf of a community outreach to rugby clubs around the U.S. in an effort to get the word out on a new documentary called 'Wild in the Streets'. The documentary is a celebration and exploration of the historical origins of Rugby, which began with the ancient game of Shrovetide. We would love to have further conversation with you on collaboration for the film, which is in its final stages of production and is looking to be released this coming Fall.
Below I've included links to our newly revamped website and Facebook page; they have some great information about the film and the game!

Thank you so much for your time and we hope to hear from you soon

I am excited about the inaugural MPQ workout this Saturday - we already have several guys coming already. Since this is the first one I figured I would create the first workout - in future ones we can come up with whatever. This first one will be a timed circuit and I will be videotaping as people go through for a Youtube video down the line. The winner's name will be posted on my website and facebook pages.
MPQ Workout #1
1) Burpee Chin Ups x 10
2) MB Explosion Push Ups x 10
2) Slider Inch Worms x 20
3) Speed Tire Flips x 20 yd and back
4) MB Floorbreakers x 20
5) Tire Farmers Walk x 20 yd and back
6) Power Sled Drag x 20 yd and back
7) KB Swings x 20
8) Prowler Drives (135lbs) x 20 yd and back
9) Puke then support other people getting screwed
10) Repeat & try to beat your time
Remember, $5 for facility usage and I would also recommend bringing water - it's going to be hot in there. Don't forget some big ass balls!
Here are the directions..
